The new operator terminals from Pilz combine ruggedness and performance
With the operator terminals PMIvisu v807 and v812 Pilz completes its portfolio of operator terminals with two extremely robust, powerful devices for professional visualisation and diagnostics of automation processes. With PMIvisu v8 users can implement intuitive operating concepts simply and quickly.
The capacitive operator terminals of the PMIvisu v8 series are available in a 7-inch and 12-inch version and come equipped with the Windows 10 operating system. The scratch and impact-proof glass touchscreens are highly resistant and hard-wearing. As such they are suitable for use in industrial applications and withstand even dusty or dirty environments. Hardware and software are coordinated for optimum display and operation: the web-based visualisation software PASvisu is already pre-installed and licensed on the operator terminals. The powerful processor enables quick, simple operation. For efficient diagnostics the compact operator terminals display plain text messages, so increasing plant and machine productivity.
Efficient visualisation for automation tasks
With the corresponding software PMI Assistant it is easy for the user to commission and manage the PMI v8. The Ethernet interface and integrated HDMI connection enables universal application as well as rapid commissioning. Combined with the automation system PSS 4000 or the configurable small controller PNOZmulti 2, PMIvisu v8 devices make a high-performance system solution. Controllers with an OPC UA Server can also be connected. Thanks to UL approval, the durable visualisation system can be used in industrial applications worldwide. So PMIvisu v8 panels enable user-friendly, powerful visualisation and diagnostics of plant and machinery.
