Fast Forward - Quick response manufacturing

Webinar is only available in Dutch

In a traditional way of working, people and machines are planned as fully as possible.
As a result, everyone is at their peak. And where do you not hear it; busy busy busy. The result is that lead times become longer, work is left behind and more mistakes are made.

In the QRM way of thinking, the most important factor is “time”. How can you organize fewer handover moments, start a project as late as possible and then do everything right the first time.

“People don't have to work harder, the work has to flow faster”

How fast does the work flow through your organization?

Our customers demand fast changeover times, smaller series, fast communication and timely response to technological developments. During the one-hour webinar “QRM confronts traditional”, Hans Gerrese, the founder of QRM in the Netherlands, challenges you to look at your own organization through different eyes. And his solutions are surprising, as are those of Eaton, Weidmüller and Rittal.

Together with our knowledge partner, LeanTeam, Breemes is organizing a Fast Forward webinar on 14 October at 2 p.m. Tilly van Cauwenberghe, who works at Breemes, will lead the webinar. Hans Gerrese from LeanTeam, is your guide and expert during this webinar.

We cordially invite you, also on behalf of our Fast Forward partners:

Quicker and smarter
Using plug-and-play I/O modules on your standard components, you can bring I/Os to the components without redesigning the machine control or replacing components. With a single cable and one click, you connect all the I/Os on your normally 'non-intelligent' Eaton components that you now use in your current conventional control. This makes them intelligent without replacing them.

    Rittal - HUMMEL Cable glands
If you want to protect your components properly against external influences, a strong enclosure alone is not enough. There are always cables running to and from your equipment, which is why you need a cable gland in addition to the enclosure for a complete solution for protecting your equipment. This ensures that the end of the cable running to your enclosure is securely attached. After all, your installation is only as good as its weakest link.
