Siemens - 8WD46 configurable signal column
High system availability and efficient engineering with this flexible signal column. Each segment individually configurable.
Siemens has further expanded its portfolio of SIRIUS 8WD4 signal columns with a new high-performance signal column, which is electronically configurable as standard. Making it particularly easy to adapt to individual application requirements.
Combining modern industrial design and robustness for both indoor and outdoor applications, the 8WD46 signal columns provide reliable signalling of various operating states. To this end, they offer a complete range of signalling levels and functions.
In addition to individual settings, users can set pre-programmed modes, such as variable fill level or full-surface signalling.
Clear and unambiguous signalling not only makes applications safer; users also recognise incidents faster and can solve potential problems in time.
This significantly reduces response, waiting times and downtime. As the columns consist of a single unit, users also benefit from a simplified ordering process.
Highlights at a glance
- Efficient engineering through electronic configuration;

IECRead moreTo control the expansion of a silo park, engineering & construction company IEC called on Breemes. Being involved in the engineering from the beginning, the electrical service provider was able to make smart proposals for both the low-voltage part and the PLC control. ‘We have always been able to find each other well and when changes occurred, we were quickly on the same page with Breemes.’
-
TR Service - Future-proof low-voltage panelRead moreTR-Service provides industrial maintenance using all disciplines, from electrical and mechanical to hydraulic and pneumatic. With support from Breemes, the company installed a large low-voltage panel. ‘After discussing my summary plan with them, I decided to just do it,’ says director-owner Raoul Tielens. At Breemes' suggestion, the panel was future-proofed by preparing it for power monitoring.

Xeltis - Heart for businessRead moreXeltis develops technology for making artificial vessels and heart valves. When they needed a professional measuring machine for quality control, they knocked on itsme's door for control software and data collection. It worked out really well. “itsme has a lot of in-house expertise, they know everything about the hardware and they can switch quickly with partners. Plus, they're flexible.”
